Farmhaus Kraut Workshop

Mariah Goelz Salvat, co-owner of Southern Roots Filling Station and Cultivate Jax has been making kraut for over 10 years. She has been featured in Northeast Florida’s Edible Magazine in an article about making sauerkraut and fermenting vegetables. She has a love of all thing veg!
In this class we will learn about the layers of fermenting sauerkraut using fresh organic ingredients. Mariah will touch on the benefits of DIY fermentation and it’s health benefits. This is a hands on class so be ready to cut vegetables and learn! Each participant will take home a quart of fermenting kraut. All supplies are included in the class fees. ($45)
